Terms of Service

Workden is a tool for solo freelancers to quote, plan, deliver and invoice. By using it you agree to use it lawfully and to keep your account credentials secure.

Plans & billing

Workden starts with a 14-day free trial. After the trial the account becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Pro is billed monthly; you can cancel any time and keep read access to export your data.

Your content

You own your data. We process it solely to provide the service and never sell it. Invoices you issue are your legal documents; Workden helps you produce them but is not your accountant or tax advisor.

Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" during this early stage. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior month.

Data processing

For client personal data you store, Workden acts as your processor under a data-processing addendum; our sub-processors are listed here.
