Privacy Policy

Workden processes the data you enter to run your freelance business: your profile and company details, your clients, tasks, quotes and invoices. We act as the data processor for the client information you store; you remain the controller of your clients' data.

What we store

Account data (name, email), business data (clients, works, invoices, settings) and usage needed to operate the service. Data is held in the EU (Supabase, eu-central-1) and isolated per account with row-level security.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Your data, and you can anonymize a client's personal data while retaining the legally-required invoice records. You may request deletion of your account; statutory invoice data is retained for the period required by law.
